Min. and Max. prices in double/twin bed room per day per person including breakfast and 10% VAT (possible tourist tax excluded).

In all rooms:
shower or bath with shower, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, safety box, balcony with lake or mountain view.
Smoking is not allowed.

BY PREVIOUS BOOKING AND CASH PAYMENT ON ARRIVAL DAY: 2% REDUCTION.
SUPPLEMENT FOR TWIN ROOM FOR SINGLE USE FROM € 15,00 TO € 25,00 PER DAY.
SUPPLEMENT FOR SINGLE ROOM FROM € 5,00 TO € 10,00 PER DAY.
SUPPLEMENTS FOR SWIMMING-POOL TOWEL € 3,00.
SUPPLEMENT FOR CRADLE/COT € 8,00/DAY.

FREE: Children under 5 years old can stay free of charge if living in double room (same bed) with two adults.
Supplements as extra breakfast or extra dinner have to be paid separately.
EXTRA BED: it has a reduced cost depending on guest's age (it varies from -10% to -50% of the price per person per day).
Maximum capacity of person in a room is three.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
· Rooms are available starting from 1.00 p.m. and must be checked out by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.
· Chek-in time is from 1.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m. (unless otherwise agreed with the hotel staff)
· Missed meals will not be refunded.
· Pets are not allowed.
· Booking will be confirmed only if followed by a deposit of 100,00€ per room or by sending credit card details as guarantee.
· We inform you that from the year 2011, the Italian local authorities have the possibility of introducing a tourist tax. This tax has never benn included in our offers and, if it will be applicable, must be paid by the client directly at the hotel.

In case of cancellation, no show or in case of early departure the following charges will be applied:
The guest will be required to pay a sum by way of penalty payment. The sum will be calculated through following percentages:

· Cancellations up to 20th days before arrival date: no fee will be charged.
· Cancellations from 20th to 8 th days before arrival date: an amount of 25% of the price of reservation will be charged.
· Cancellations from 7th to 1st days before arrival date: an amount of 50 % of the price of reservation will be charged (with a minimum of 1 night stay).
· In case of no show will be charged an amount of 50 % of the price of reservation (with a minimum of 1 night stay).
· In case of early departure than the date booked the hotel will charge the cost of the whole period of reservation.
