GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- Rooms are available starting from 2.00 p.m. and must be checked out by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.

Please inform the hotel if your arrival time is after 6 pm. - Check in time between the 8 pm and 7 am will not be permitted on any case.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Booking will be confirmed only if followed by a deposit of 150,00€ per room or by sending credit card details as guarantee.
- Methods of payment: cash, bank transfer in advance, ATM/credit card (no American Express).
- We inform you that starting from 01.01.2018 the municipality of Malcesine will apply a city tax of 1,00 € per person per day to all the accommodated guests aged over 15 years old. (**) The city tax is not included in the hotel price and therefore must be paid separately.
